Hostaway and Ximplifi partner to enable accounting automation

Canada / US, February 1, 2022 — All-in-one vacation rental management platform Hostaway has announced a partnership with vacation rental accounting software Ximplifi.

Ximplifi’s VRAccountant platform has connected via Hostaway’s API to allow property managers to tap into cloud-based accounting solutions QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct. In addition, Ximplifi provides consulting and services for the vacation rental industry.

Vacation rental managers are being advised to practise trust accounting to ensure that funds flow from renters to property owners and themselves correctly.
